How many time have you “fallen off the horse” and then went into a death spiral for days or even WEEKS?

One of the most harmful false narratives about productivity is the idea that in order to BE productive, we need to turn ourselves into ROBOTS – cold work MACHINES, operating without any emotion.

And what’s so harmful about that idea is that it implies that the answer to getting more productive is to KILL OFF our emotions. But we’re NOT robots, and we never will be!

Falling off the horse is an inherently emotional circumstance.  Robots and computers can’t “fall off the horse”, right?

But we DO.

To reach out productive potential, we HAVE to master the ability of “GETTING BACK ON THE HORSE” (9 mins):

In this video we cover these steps to take after you’ve fallen OFF the horse:

  • How to ACKNOWLEDGE the feeling of overwhelm
  • How to THANK that feeling
  • How to change your PHYSICAL and EMOTIONAL state
  • And how to REPLACE your negative inner dialogue with a positive one
